Desmond and Neo, the 2 colleges working at PCKAKI, made my experience superb! 

Other than the usual service provides for my PC building, they went the extra mile to take care of my old PC setup.

I brought my old PC over to transfer data but I was given a free PC check and thermal paste (which I never did before). Now my old PC runs pretty smoothly but nothing beats the new PC they built for me.

In overall, their service was steadfast, deligate, value for quality, and the extra mile they went with my old PC topped it! 😃

How satisfied am I?: 10/10

Of the several custom PC shops in Sim Lim, Desmond was the only one who 1) gave me a professionally printed quote complete with specs, and pricing transparency instead of scribbling down specs on a sheet with a pen and not breaking down component pricing 2) provided very fair pricing on the components 3) kept strictly to my budget without being pushy to up sales 4) had a portfolio of computers on his instagram so I can easily choose the look I want 5) completed my computer in 6 hours as I urgently needed it for work 6) very friendly and approachable

Few weeks after owning the computer, I had problems setting up my quad monitor displays. He came down to my house the day after my complaint to help solve it for me, ready to swap out my GPU for a brand new one (if it was an issue - which it turns out it was not).
